Elvis Costello nominated for Best Spoken Word Album at the Grammy Awards

Legendary musician Elvis Costello has received his thirteenth Grammy Award nomination for his audiobook Unfaithful Music and Disappearing Ink in the Best Spoken Word Album category.

Spanning all four decades of Elvis' career, the book charts his rise from burgeoning new talent to becoming one of the industry's most respected elder statesmen - a one-man history of British music. The audiobook was narrated by Elvis himself, and was recorded at Penguin Random House's US studio.

The nomination is the second for Penguin Random House Audio, after last year's nomination for Patti Smith's reading of Jo Nesbo's Blood on Snow in the same category.

To mark the book's release, Elvis made a very special appearance on the Penguin Podcast with Richard E Grant, which you can listen to here
