Jonathan Cape author David Szalay wins The Plimpton Prize for Fiction

The Plimpton Prize for Fiction is a highly prestigious annual award, given by the Paris Review and named after its founder, George Plimpton, to a new voice who has emerged in their magazine over the last year. Recent winners include Wells Tower, Otessa Moshfegh and Emma Cline, while the Prize counts luminaries including Philip Roth, David Foster Wallace, Denis Johnson and Annie Proulx as past recipients.

Cape publish David Szalay’s new book, All That Man Is, on April 7th.
