Penguin Random House Children's acquires What I See, the first book by Brooklyn Beckham
Penguin Random House Children’s UK are proud to announce the acquisition of the first book by Brooklyn Beckham. What I See will be published in hardback on 4th May. Publishing Director Shannon Cullen has acquired World rights.
In What I See, Brooklyn has curated a collection of his unique and contemporary photos to publish for the first time, offering his followers a rare glimpse at the world through his eyes. The book will consist of up to 300 images taken by Brooklyn, as well as exclusive new images of him. Many of the images have not been seen before and will be accompanied with a written foreword and behind-the-scenes captions from Brooklyn.
Brooklyn has a passion for photography which has attracted millions of fans to his Instagram account. It has led to his involvement earlier this year in shooting the Burberry Brit Fragrance campaign, and most recently, creating a photo diary as part of his work with retail giant Pull&Bear.
Francesca Dow, Managing Director of Penguin Random House Children’s, said ‘At Penguin Random House Children’s we are delighted to be publishing What I See, a title from one of the most influential and interesting young adult voices in the UK today. Brooklyn Beckham’s images inspire a generation across the globe, and this book will give his fans a broader insight into the world seen through his unique and creative perspective.’
Brooklyn Beckham is 17 years old and lives in London. Photography is his biggest passion.
What I See will be published on 4th May 2017 in hardback at £16.99.
