Free Ladybird books in the Mirror

We enjoyed a successful three-year partnership with the Mirror, offering more than 3 million free books to young readers in an annual promotion with Ladybird books.

Mirror readers could choose from 100 brilliant Ladybird books to put together their own collection of up to 25 books over a three-week offer period, with newspaper vouchers exchanged via a postal service for books.

Brands included Peppa Pig, Spot, Peter Rabbit, Topsy and Tim and Harry and the Dinosaurs, as well as traditional fairy tales and early learning titles.

A huge success, the partnership featured heavily in print and online, and was advertised on TV and in cinemas.

Nigella Lawson recipe promotion for The Irish Star

The Irish Star: Nigella Lawson recipe promotion

We worked with Go Promotions to create a series of five recipe cards featuring recipes from Nigella Express for The Irish Star to give away as part of a consumer promotion.

One recipe card was given away with the newspaper each day over five days, helping the publication to drive sales and increase circulation.

Nineteen Eighty Four and Time Out

We created a special edition of George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty Four in conjunction with the Playhouse Theatre for a unique promotion that gave Time Out readers the chance to pick up a free copy in Joy stores across London.

Time Out distributors wore Nineteen Eighty Four branded T-shirts, and the offer was the front-page splash in print and online.

The promotion gained more than 400,000 Facebook likes and a Twitter reach of over 60,000, as well as coverage for the theatre production in Promotional Marketing.
