Maryon Stewart studied preventive dentistry and nutrition at the Royal Dental Hospital in London and worked as a counsellor with nutritional doctors in England for four years. At the beginning of 1984 she set up the PMT Advisory Service which has subsequently helped thousands of women worldwide. In 1987 she launched the Women’s Nutritional Advisory Service which provides broader help to women of all ages. 
Maryon Stewart is the author of the best-selling books No More PMS! She has her own weekly radio programme on health and nutrition, has co-written several medical papers and has written articles for many magazines including Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan , Chat, Woman’s Journal, BBC Good Health, Woman’s Own, Health &amp; Fitness and for both the Daily Mirror and Daily Mail. 
She has also appeared on several popular TV magazine shows, such as TV AM, GMTV, Top of the Morning, Channel Four Food File, BBC Here &amp; Now, Good Morning with Anne &amp; Nick, Reportage, Meridian, Carlton, MSkyB, The Miriam Stoppard Health &amp; Beauty Show, This Morning, People Mill, Channel Four, Streetwise and TVS. She is married to Dr Alan Stewart and they live in Lewes, Sussex, with their four children.
