About Sophie Richards

Sophie Richards is a women’s health practitioner who shares her expertise and insights from her own health journey in order to help and inspire others. She runs the women’s health community Found and is the host of ‘The Finally Found Podcast’.

After suffering for 10 years with chronic pain, bloating and fatigue, and being told by medical professionals that no solution was available to her – even after being formally diagnosed with endometriosis – Sophie set out to find her own way to alleviate her debilitating symptoms and completely transformed her life.
