Dance was always Maddie’s first love and now she is living her dream, performing for audiences across the world. But when her dance partner Beau dies in a tragic accident she is left devastated.

Maddie hopes that leaving everything behind for one summer, and travelling to Beau’s hometown of Revelstoke, high up in the Canadian Mountains, will help her heal her heart.

It’s not long before she crosses paths with her new neighbour Miles. He is also back in Revelstoke, having left behind his life in Vancouver to start building a relationship with his eight-year-old son, Kai.
